Gordon joined Dallas McMillan in 1997 and is Head Of Litigation. He is a Law Society of Scotland Accredited Specialist in Personal Injury Law and a member of APIL.

Gordon specialises in all aspects of Personal Injury work and has significant experience and a client focussed approach to work. As Head Of Litigation, Gordon is responsible for running and overseeing the firm’s successful Litigation department.

Gordon represents members of the two of the country’s largest Trade Unions and has a particular interest in Accidents at Work and complex injury claims. He also has a renowned Industrial Disease practice, focussing on Asbestos related diseases and other industrial diseases.

Gordon regularly represents clients in the Sheriff Court and Court of Session. He also provides advice to Trade Union officials on all aspects of Trade Union Law..
